A Better Disaster

Pairing: Warrick/Sara
Notes: Some of the lines come from the Ellie commentary from Gary Dourdan and Anthony Zuiker on the DVD. Title and the hook line are shamelessly robbed from Boston Public, back when it was good.

"We shouldn't be doing this," Sara tells him, and Warrick knows she's right.

Because he's got a gambling problem that he's barely keeping under control, and he still lacks discipline.

She's just split with Hank, is a little in love with Grissom, and freely admits that she's got more than enough discipline for them both.

They work together well most of the time, but there's a history of bad blood between them that's never entirely gone away.

He knows she's right; that together, they could be a disaster.

But as disasters go, he thinks they're one of the better ones.
