Sara never used to like going home after work, racked up more overtime than was good for anyone, would gladly have slept in the lab if she could. Home was a reminder that she had no-one, that her life revolved around work, that Grissom would never love her.

Now, she’s one of the first out the door, and she does overtime only when necessary. Because now Warrick is waiting for her with smiles and kisses, showing her everything she was missing.

Sara never used to like going home after work, but kissing an angel good morning makes all the difference.
