If there’s one thing that Carson’s exes have universally complained about, it’s that “I Don’t Dance – Don’t Ask Me” could be his theme song. Which he thinks is perfectly understandable; being outdanced by Granny Beckett at every ceilidh he’s ever been to will do that to a fella.

But Janet won’t take no for an answer; she’s just canny about it.

She waits for a slow song, pulls him into the middle of the floor and wraps her arms around his neck.

They’re barely moving, but the way she smiles at him, his two left feet aren’t touching the ground.
