Grey pants and white shirt for him, pale pink dress for her, long skirt, deeper pink on centre, sash on shoulder and skirt are paler...fantasie impromptu... the ring tone on my phone! and I just have to say...I'm not a pink person, but the dress is awful purty....nice lift where her leg is on his shoulder and she's sitting up there... lots of speed in steps.... plenty of turning her under the arm... lift wehere she's horizontal in end and he's holding her between her leg... dance spin... with travel. not much height difference between them I notice...dance spin.... twizzles... nicely done... lift where sh'es on level with his shoudlerand then drops down.. lift where hepicks her up from behind carries her on his back and brings her around...move where she goes under his legs...intricate stuff says simon....you should be trying to type it matey! circular step... really nice stuff here...lift where it's ungainly going down... straight line step... nice unison... and more steps with changes of hold aplenty.. lift with her in front of him...and she kneels and slides on the ice and he spins her... lift where her legs are gripping his shoulder as he turns...and finish. ok I liked that.... lots and lots of intricate stuff, they kept it going well, music is hard to skate to, there's so much in it...but Chris and Simon both liked it as well so I feel better now! And she looks wonderful, I'm just saying..fast and plenty of flow notes chris but mentions the lack of light and shade, there was no slow piece. but they obviously enjoy skating it, and it's my favourite so far.

White skirt for her, gold bikini top and much flesh material on midriff...he's in white top with gold collar, gold trousers...most exciting couple in this group simon says...17th here, 17 and 20 they are...lovely sunset is teh music... which explains the colour scheme....drummy drums to begin... steps along diagonal in dacne hold... hespinds her, assists her in cartwheel...twizzles and steps nicely done...lift at waist level... lots of chagnes of hold so far and dance spin... lift.. and he falls in twizzles... lift with him in cantilever, her on his side... circular step with plenty of pace in it... and he's doing a goodly amount of work too, it's not all just her... move with him nearly hydroblading her leaning on him..not held for long though...steps... lotso f turning her... wow, really nice steps here... s/s besti squats...hydroblading move...dance spin....twizzles... nice tming... and that's them. Very good that was, really enjoyed it, lots to admire and keep your interset... automatic .2 off for the fall, and it'll break the second mark too...she did well chris says.... she gives a little shrug...chris loves her, thinks she's a star, not much height diff at all...ah, these are the 4cm/1.6inch pair! they're muttering about top ten with a different partner... chris loves the way that she uses her arms and her body.

Black dress in middoe, skirt fading to grey then twhite ,and grey on top as well...lots of designs on it, and on the net...him in short sleeved black shirt and black trousers....gold along the sides of trousers and belt and sholders...7times nat champs... start off with steps in dance hold.... very sharp and crisp to begin.. move where she's turned over on his side... loss of timing on two passes of twizzles, she looked to turn more than him. circular step... and dance spin... change position dance spin.. and stop... slow part... as he turns her under his arm... steps... tiwzzles much better there... dance spin facing one anohter in close dace hold... lift with her in front of him... move wehr she holds leg up, he skates under it and lifts her with her doing splits the length of his body. nice move. very easy flow along the ice.. step and lift with him in bestisquat, her holding onto him... he squats, she leans back to look at him... lift where she's up in the air and then resting on his hip as he spins her... and lift after steps and they're done. well the crowd seemed to like that...great expression and it got better as it went on says simon and that's true... some of the lifts were great ,and chris agrees about there being good choreography. wants to see more extension from them, they had great moves he feels but it could hvae been even better if they'd extended them out more...natalia dubova with them...good unison chris says... they skated with emotion....

She's in yellow nad mostly pink with lilac ropes on one arm he's all in black, with sparkles...cha cha rumba and samba... slow to begin but you know it ain't gonna stay...and that was quickl! steps and nice unison in those twizzles... steps... in very open hold...and lift and spin... circular step... in closed hold mostly and quite close together... lift where her leg is around his neck and she's horizontal as he turns,,,then back up again so she's sitting on his shoulder... nad music changes to something slower... he kisses her hand... steps move with him in cantilever, her leaning on him with no feet...lift where she's facing away from him, her leg around his neck and he turns....twizzles... dance spin.... she jumps up on him, nad transititions in this lift just don't look as smooth... music changes again and he beckons her to him... s/s steps and great timing and expression... steps alpong diagonal and it just looked like he may have stuttered slightly... dance spin... and stop. simon loved it, and he never thought he'd hear rap at the worlds....he thinks one or two judges may have fainted! oh simon, how you do make me laugh! chris points out that spread eagles (besti squats, cantilevers, whatever you want to call them!) are in this year, and might I say how right he is? very enjoyable, good speed across the ice...

Brown and bronze it looks like, with hints of tangerine... plenty of sparkles and we saw them wipe out the boards in the warm up...seem fine..one of his sleeves is white...notre dame de paris, which like best squats and lifts also seems to be in this year...these are married, a linichuk pair...and in 14th... he turns her away and they have vocals! lift wher e she's tuck positioned on his shoulder... steps around... and the music editing has me questioning... dodgy movement there where ice flew... stpes along diagonal lots of speed... age of the cathedrals... lift her up and she reaches high...leans her back over his arm.... lift with him in crouch and that is nice... steps in circular step... steps ... she jumps up and facing diff directions hangs out of his arm.... lift rotational... looks like he was nearly ready to eat the sleeve of his costume there...dance spin.. straight line step... much of it in closed hold ... rotational lift... and they're done. well for music that was sliced together with a bread knife and sticky tape on a reel to reel tape player, it wasn't all that bad... lots of speed across the ice chris tells us and simon points out that they were very expressive... chris was reminded of ilia averbukh by him... rotation was blinding on the lift...

No back on her dress, no midriff either...it's black with purple and silver sparkles...his shirt is short sleeved and black..... sparkles on his top, and a very deep chest inlet on top...22 and 23 11th after OD.... latin thing... move where seh's in splits on one foot and he swings her around...deceny rule? anyone? music speeds now...twizzles are very good apart from the end of the second sequcne...HE does a little assisted jump, we like that! diagonal step... plenty of energy and speed on this ... ooop little stumble there, nearly tripping over one another? could be just me...corcular step is very good very fast... and stop right on time in front of the judges... steps on one spot right in front of cinquanta....dance spin... and that was all over the aplce...lost it on teh spin...lift with him in besti as she hangs in front of him and out of him, her weight a counter to his poistion...those twissles were fine, and she crcouhes and carries him, him stretched out ahead of her... lift with her draped all over him... fast bit now.. and they're giving it loads...he turns her like mad... spin and she nearly wallops the baords....striaght lines step along the diagonal... rotational lift to end and the roar of the crowd, and I think one from him as well! never stopped working in that one and it went at a thousand miles an hours. and chris says it made you smile and it did that. simon says it had a flaw, chris says three - spin, twizzles, and clipping of boards...what's with the chicken on the ice? and we're told that maurizo is planning a comeback with someone whose name I can't attempt to spell at 1.55 in the morning...okidoke....the slomos are great...and we love his reaction at the end!

Orange shirt and pink waistcaot for him, black pants with colours on bottom...she's in purply pink and orange dress...very sixties...and they have to overtake the italians... john lennon medley...please steer clear of imagine...just like starting over...I love this song! steps and she spins very nicely and he grabs her by the hand and dances with her...as many men would...lift wiht great changes of position... dance on the spot and that's just me... twizzles are spot on... and typing in rhythm is surprisingly easy... lilft where she kneels on his knees.... steps along the diagonal... lots of turning from both of them. great flow aglong the ice... lift where she's lifted over his shoulder and dropped....love it... steps as music changes which I will now palce....dance spin... lift with him in half croouch, her facing him.... circular step? hard totell with camera.... music changes again as she move s away from him, gives chase... no, this is the circ step... twizzle again and well done...and music fades...into imagine...sigh...her in almost a camel, him turning her.... lift great changes of hold... turns into one another... and stop...and loved it! and oh, I want to clap but dear lord I can't at 2 in the morning and my house asleep...simon found the choice of music bizarre, chris didn't like it... <shrugs> it's an exhibition for him, not a competititive program..."enjoyed it as far as it went" are his exact words...CND badge on his costume...Simon is wigging out about that and the music (Imagine ) and is wondering how it went down in washington... chris says italians must have had twice as many steps in their program...

Well very high energy... outstanding introduction to world class ice dance simon calls it...they're not a year together...he'd have it second. chris calls it exciting and that seh reminds him of anjelica krylova... he couldn't take his eyes off her. not quite my cup of tea, this I will admit to you... difficult yes. balance was good, unison was good.... bit of mixup on the spin they think...

red dress from her, much of midriff and side gone, long raggy dress...he's in black and red with tattery wisps coming from it...quixote the music....they're moving...i'm still light headed... dacne spin to begin.... and out of that.... spinning and moving...and twizzles....still fighying nausea...but these are dgoin well.... lots of running... she leaps and turns into him for rotational lift very nice.... steps around the corner... lift where she's leaning upside down and away from him and he's on one foot.... circular step.... whirlwind start simon has called this... rotational lift... lift her around the back and move her so that she's at his side and move so that he can look down at her. nice.... she smiles at him.... lift wehre she stands on his thigh...spin on way down... twizzles...her slifhtly out ahread of him on first pass... but not on seocnd...more steps..the length of the rink... rotational lift.... lift wehre she's lying upside down against his chest.... and leans back over him,...and they're done. and i know i saw it, I know I typed what i saw and I cna't remember a damn thing! i do know our picture glitched a little and if it goes again like it did last night in teh next five minutes, I won't be held responsible for my actions...chris raves about tech difficulty and Ruslan can't get his breath. that makes two of us. looks to chris like it ran out of steam over last bit...

I CAN do this. rock and roll medley... i'm calm. start with her behind him.... she comes around ...he turns her upside down... skate... he jumps over her... she yanks him up... she runs away he runs after her...and look at those steps... lift lotsof turns... little richard...footwork was good... glding moves...and dance on centre cie... twizles...which we get facial close ups on ...shes' on his head and that looked untidy coming down...or am I seeing what i want to see....fever....dacne spin... twzizles...neat as a pin...loath as I am to admit it... great picking out of nuances... skate face to face head to head... circular step... lift with her right up and she goes right around 180 degrees then ends up horizontal...dance spin... and wipeout to jump jive and wail.... steps... runnign steps the length of the diagonal... giving it loads.... lift and she's on his back and it lasts forever as he turns her...and the somersault dismount...and they're done. surely they've doen enough says simon...and probably yes. loads of energy cleanly skated says chris, and he thinks it's enough for the gold as does simon.... it's up to the judges now. and I'm not even close to objective, y'all know where my heart lies.

Spartacus looking costumes, in black and silver, and bits of gold with snake like effects on them.... oh there's so much excitement here...and in the rink...it's taking a while...ok type now, cry later.... she's cleopatra... steps along to the width facing the judges.... dance spin... steps in dance hold...lift where she's faceing him...steps... circular step is lovely.... very difficult going right with the music....i'm sure sicne rolling tears make it hard to seee....rotational lift with her horizontal...and he sets her down and knee slides back from her...music changes and we step... twizzles... and again... lift wehre she's upside down,him besti... move wehre he's leaning right back, she's against him...dance spin... lift with her leg over his shoulder.... and spin out of that.... twizzles... and again... to the corner... steps...loads of drums but they look as if they're running out of steam ever so slightly... and simon says that for the first few minutes he was still taking in what had happened... you and me both darlin' you nad me both! simon says that it looks like she's not well... ..oh my god...

headbands and black material. lots of flesh coloured net for her, and sparkles and stuff...he's in black too....the feeling begins is the music... in 4th.... she goes towards him.... kneels in front of him.... and turns as he spins her... in spiral and he pushes her around.... into dance spin.... twizzles are neat as pins... and lift wehre she's leaning right over, in between his knees...more twizzles... close up of her on the s/s steps to the judges...i question the camera guys.... stesp... circular step this looks like...lift with him in besti her holding her skates through his legs....s/s bestis practically the length of the rink... steps to the corner.... lift with her in splits through him doing a besti.... steps...another besti, her doing one through his , and then going through his legs....rotational lift.... slide to baords.... steps in dance hold.... her holding onto skate from around his neck as he spins...and they're done. that was a great skate, they're ahppy, and for me, that's the bronze. for simon also. and chris and simon rave as i hunt out my mobile phone and send a mass text message to the people who care about this result!

and there you have it. 3.55 in the morning and so totallyl worth staying up for! more than I cna possibly tell you all...I fell in love with Shae and Vic at the 1995 worlds in Birmingham and have literally lived and died with them ever since (read my reviews, you'll see what I mean!) When I saw teh draw today, I really really did think that it was gone, that they couldn't win it skating first; I have never in my life been so happy to be wrong as Eurosport begin to show the replay while we wait for the ceremony. (Unlike last night, I'm staying up. Sleep? I don't need no stinkin' sleep!) This is, for me, the perfect ending to eight years of wonderful memories of these two and I could not be happier for them! OK, stopping typing to watch!

ok, and the tissues are downstairs, I can't open my room door and go downstairs... water on the kkeyboard, very bad bad bad....here we go for the medals and you bet your ass I'm typing this out!
