Working for the CIA, Kate wore a thousand disguises, presented a hundred faces to the world. From high-class tramps to low-rent gypsies, she lied, she stole, she did things that strictly she wasn’t supposed to do, but always got the job done.

She used to love slipping into a new role, but that was until she realised that she didn’t know who she was when she wasn’t pretending to be someone else.

There are days in Oregon when she’s still not sure who she is, what she’s doing there.
